1. We tilled the soil up (prepping for the path & landscaping).
2. Then, we staked off the path.
3. Of course, we put down a vegetation barrier & sand for our base layer.
4.Next, we added large marble chips & topped with crushed rock.
5. Add a few plants for year round color....
6. And VOILA!!

this looks great!! todd and i just finished our own little gardening project, too. it was our first, so much smaller than yours, but i will post pics soon to my blog, too :)
