If I haven't told anyone before, I've been perusing my local farmer's market to make Drew some organic baby food. We have a garden plot, but nothing with any produce yet. I just finished making some organic squash & carrot baby food this afternoon. Yay!! It tastes really good. Hope Drew likes it. It should last him most of the week!!

Drew's 5 month update
What we want to do with this blog- is to give the occasional glance or window into our world....nothing more, nothing less. We hope you enjoy those glances.
5 Month Milestones:
Sitting up (for short stints, but up nonetheless)
Eating baby food (peaches are his favorite!!)
Discovering his feet
Starting back to daycare
Talking (it's only jibber jabber, but it counts)
Picking up toys (with accurate hand-to-eye coordination)
Petting Big Brother (Logan...he loves to rub his hand on Logan's face & get his hand licked)

This is Drew's buddy at church, Ryan (10 weeks). Drew loves other babies. He wants to pet them & hold their hands. It's adorable to watch!!

New Foods
So, Drew has been introduced to a few new foods. He has mastered baby rice cereal. Now, we are on to baby food. On today's menu: english peas.....yummm.
None to worry, no sushi quite yet for Drew. The Korean owners love us...and they just fell in love with Drew. He was a doll at dinner. As of yet, he has not embarassed us in public...yet. Thanks Bonnie & Wes for the gift card. It was so nice to get out of the house (& not cook dinner).
